On Boxing Day we had our good friends Jacques and Noëlle over for a night of "gourmetten" (a very fun Dutch tradition: do-it-yourself grilling at the dinner table)

And the next day we had a family
get-together at Lara's aunt and uncle's home. Here are her cousin Brian
(holding Riley), his wife Lisa, cousin Lisa, her daughter Emma, Uncle Paul
and Aunt Betty. Too bad we missed seeing Lisa's husband Kevin, who was
away on a deer hunting trip (how Texan...). |
